Epicere is easy and rewarding! Just follow these three simple steps:

  1. Start by using the search bar on the offers page to find the items you need. Once you've located the products, add them to your cart.
  2. After you've completed your shopping and purchased the items, take a clear picture or scan of your grocery bill. Ensure that the bill includes the same items you added to your cart on Epicere.
  3. Once you've uploaded your grocery bill, you'll receive Epic Coins as a reward for your purchase. These Coins can be exchanged for various gift cards, allowing you to save big on future shopping!

Epicere makes the shopping experience convenient, and with its rewarding system, you get more value out of your purchases. Happy shopping and saving!

Earning Epic Coins is easy! Here are two ways to earn them:

  1. Engage with the offers available on Epicere. These offers include shopping for specific items. As you avail these offers, you'll accumulate Epic Coins.
  2. To boost your Epic Coin earnings, check out the "Earn More" section located in the Rewards tab. This section offers additional opportunities to earn coins.

Availing offers on Epicere is a simple and rewarding process. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through it:

  1. Select the offers you want to claim; selected offers will appear on the Bills tab.
  2. Upload a bill from any store with the products mentioned in your offers to receive coins!!
  3. Redeem your favourite rewards

Bills

  1. Click on the bills tab
  2. Add at least one offer from the offers page
  3. Click on the "Upload Bill" button, making sure to have at least 1 offer in your bill for approval.

To increase the chances of your bill being approved, follow these important guidelines:

  1. Your bill must clearly display the following details: the Date of purchase, the Total Amount spent, and the Bill Number. Without this information, the bill might be rejected, so double-check that these details are visible and legible. 
  2. Ensure that your bill contains at least one item that corresponds to a offer you availed on Epicere. This item serves as proof of your purchase.
  3. Make sure the bill you submit is not more than 7 days old at the time of uploading. Bills that are older than 7 days may not be eligible for approval, as they could be considered outdated. 
  4. When capturing the bill for upload, ensure that the images are clear and not blurry. Blurry images can make it difficult to verify the necessary details, potentially leading to rejection. 

By adhering to these guidelines and providing accurate and complete information, you enhance the chances of your bill being approved swiftly. If you encounter any issues or have questions, feel free to reach out to the Epicere support team for assistance.

It takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to get your bill approved and get coins for the same!

No, multiple submissions of the same bill will result in rejection of the bill(s).
